- poha (flattened rice)2 cup
- salt0.5 tsp
- turmeric powder0.25 tsp
- vegetable oil2 tbsp
- mustard seeds1 tsp
- curry leaves8
- raw peanuts0.25 cup
- onion1
- green chili1
- frozen peas0.5 cup
- lime1
- fresh cilantro2 tbsp
Instructions

Rinse the poha gently in a colander and let it sit to soften. Add salt and turmeric, toss gently.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add mustard seeds and let them pop, then add curry leaves and peanuts.

Add the diced onion and green chili. Sauté until onion is soft.
