Miso Soup with Silken Tofu

Ingredients
- water4 cup
- dashi granules (vegetarian)1 tsp
- silken tofu7 oz
- dried wakame seaweed1 tbsp
- white miso paste3 tbsp
- green onions2
Instructions

Add water and dashi granules to a pot. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Cut the silken tofu into small cubes and gently add to the broth.

Add the wakame seaweed and let it rehydrate.

Remove from heat. Dissolve the miso paste in a ladleful of broth, then stir back into the pot.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
