- avocados(ripe)3
- lime1
- red onion(finely diced)1/4 cup
- cilantro(chopped)2 tbsp
- jalapeño(seeded and minced)1
- saltto taste
- tortilla chipsfor serving
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over the avocados.
Add the diced red onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño.
Mash everything together with a fork, leaving it as chunky or smooth as you like.
Season with salt to taste and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
