  • ears of corn4
  • mayonnaise0.25 cup
  • sour cream2 tbsp
  • cotija cheese0.5 cup
  • chili powder1 tsp
  • lime1

Instructions

Shuck the corn and remove all silk. Pat dry.

Grill or char the corn over high heat until kernels are charred in spots.

Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together in a small bowl.

Brush the grilled corn generously with the mayo mixture.

Sprinkle with cotija cheese and chili powder. Squeeze lime over and serve.
