Ingredients

  • black beans1 can
  • ground cumin0.5 tsp
  • salt0.25 tsp
  • lime0.5
  • large flour tortillas4
  • shredded Mexican cheese blend1 cup
  • salsa0.5 cup
  • sour cream0.25 cup

Instructions

Drain and rinse the black beans. Mash half of them lightly with a fork.

Season the beans with cumin, salt, and a squeeze of lime.

Spread beans on half of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and fold in half.
