Ingredients
- açaí packets(frozen)2
- banana(frozen preferred)1
- granola1/2 cup
- mixed berries1/2 cup
- coconut flakes2 tbsp
- honey2 tbsp
Instructions
Break the frozen açaí packets into pieces and add them to the blender.
Peel the banana, break it into chunks, and add it to the blender.
Blend until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a tiny splash of water only if the blender is struggling.
Pour the blended açaí into bowls and smooth the surface with a spoon.
Top with the granola, mixed berries, and coconut flakes.
Drizzle the honey over the top and serve immediately.
Tips
Keep it as thick as possible — it should be like soft serve, not a smoothie. Frozen banana makes the bowl thicker and more scoopable.
